On October 11, 2024, the Cineclub Arsenale in Pisa will host MIND GAMES, a film series promoted by the FAIR Foundation – Future Artificial Intelligence Research, dedicated to the fascinating and sometimes unsettling interplay between human and artificial intelligence.
During the event, researchers from the Italian PNRR AI project will guide the audience on a journey between cinema and reality, exploring how AI technologies are developing today and how they may shape our future. The program includes three screenings of iconic films related to artificial intelligence, accompanied by insights from experts.

- 9:30 AM – Introduction by Fabrizio Falchi, followed by the screening of WarGames (1983, John Badham)
- 5:30 PM – Introduction by Fosca Giannotti and Michela Milano, followed by the screening of Ex Machina (2014, Alex Garland)
- 8:30 PM – Introduction by Dino Pedreschi, followed by the screening of 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968, Stanley Kubrick)
