Webinar series on AI Act 1.01: videos now available online

Webinar AI Act 1.01

In spring, a cycle of webinars titled “AI Act 1.01” was held, organized by the BioLaw Lab of Trento for Transversal Project 1 on “Law and Ethics of AI” and led by Carlo Casonato, full professor of comparative constitutional law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento, as well as PI of FAIR’s Transversal Project 1.

For those interested in exploring the webinar topics in more depth but who were unable to attend the live sessions, the recordings are now available on YouTube.

What are Transversal Projects?

Transversal Projects are dynamic working groups designed to foster synergies among the different spokes and lay the groundwork for further collaborations.

TP1 (Legal and Ethical Design of Trustworthy AI Systems) – coordinated by Carlo Casonato (University of Trento) together with Giovanni Sartor (University of Bologna) and Adriano Fabris (University of Pisa) – is a transversal project aimed at providing methodologies and content to design trustworthy artificial intelligence systems, aligned with ethical and legal values (privacy, fairness, explainability, human oversight) established by the European Union.

The TP involves several spokes within the FAIR network:
