The format is designed to be agile and <strong>accessible<\/strong>, <strong>even for those without a specialized legal or ethical background<\/strong>. The sessions follow a progressive approach, in continuity with the content covered in the <a href=\"https:\/\/webmagazine.unitn.it\/ciclo\/giurisprudenza\/119862\/ai-act-101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2024 edition<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative is structured around two main lines of focus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>on the one hand, it examines provisions of the <strong>AI Act<\/strong> already in force or soon to be applied;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>on the other, it explores the broader <strong>European and Italian regulatory ecosystem<\/strong> in which these rules are embedded, taking into account the rapid evolution of the legislative landscape.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Programme and schedule<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>The sessions, open to the public and primarily addressed to FAIR researchers, will take place <strong>online on Zoom<\/strong> (all meetings accessible <a href=\"https:\/\/unitn.zoom.us\/j\/88319695469\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>via the same link<\/strong><\/a>) every Monday from <strong>June 9 to June 30<\/strong>, from <strong>5:00 PM to 6:30 PM<\/strong>.
