font_container=&#8221;tag:h1|text_align:center&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; css=&#8221;%7B%22default%22%3A%7B%22color%22%3A%22%23ffffff%22%7D%7D&#8221;]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_2df7d2d9 height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The <strong>FAIR \u2013 Future Artificial Intelligence Research Foundatio<\/strong>n is a non-profit foundation whose main purpose is to implement the interventions financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), and any subsequent funding, in the artificial intelligence field.<\/p>\n<p>FAIR is an extended partnership based on the Hub  Spoke model: the Foundation is the hub, the implementing body and contact point of the Partnership (thematic area 1 &#8211; Artificial Intelligence: Foundational Aspects, foreseen by the MUR Call no. 341 of 15\/03\/2022), and carries out its activity in collaboration with the Spokes, that are the entities involved in the implementation of the research program.<\/p>\n<p>The FAIR foundation includes 4 national research institutions (CNR, Fondazione Bruno Kessler, INFN and IIT), <strong>13 Universities<\/strong> (Politecnico di Milano, Politecnico di Torino, Sapienza, Scuola Normale Superiore, Universit\u00e0 Campus Biomedico di Roma, Universit\u00e0 di Bologna, Universit\u00e0 di Pisa, Universit\u00e0 di Trento, Universit\u00e0 di Bari, Universit\u00e0 della Calabria, Universit\u00e0 di Catania, Universit\u00e0 di Napoli \u201cFederico II\u201d) and <strong>5 companies<\/strong> (Bracco, Expert.ai, Intesa Sanpaolo, Leonardo, Lutech).<\/p>\n<p>FAIR intends to contribute significantly to the objectives set forth in the <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.innovazione.gov.it\/1637777289-programma-strategico-iaweb.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Italian Strategic Programme on Artificial Intelligence<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Advance frontier research in AI<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Reduce Artificial Intelligence research fragmentation, foster critical mass and inclusion<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Create human-centered, robust, trustworthy and sustainable AI<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Foster AI-based innovation and development of AI technology<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Create, retain and attract AI talent in Italy<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Ensuring the long-term sustainability of the FAIR Hub<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following the Italian National Strategy in Artificial Intelligence, the FAIR project combines an inclusive and interdisciplinary approach with the valorization of the excellence widespread in the Italian scientific community in Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"w-separator size_custom with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\" style=\"height:10px\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_2df7d2d9 height_medium\" id=\"statuto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">[vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Statute and Articles of Association&#8221;
